The registration will take a few minutes to complete. To confirm your registration, please select a payment method and click 'Process Payment'. You will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice by email.
Entering Your Details
- Please use the 'Tab' key or your mouse to navigate from field to field
- Use of the 'Back' button will result in data loss during the online registration process, we request that you do not use this facility
- To proceed through each page of the registration, click on the ‘next' button at the bottom of each page
- You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration / accommodation details before the final stage of confirmation and payment
- All changes made will be subject to availability
Payment Methods
Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be confirmed. Payment can be made in the following manner:

Please note a financial management fee of 2.2% is charged for all credit card transactions.

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions must be accepted for every registration or modification. If your amount owing is $0, you are still required to accept the Terms and Conditions to finalise your registration. Should you choose not to accept the Terms and Conditions, your registration details will be automatically cancelled.

For all cancellations, please email ozaccom@ozaccom.com.au. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the conference.
Please note, cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
Accommodation Payment (Click here for more info)
If you select an event rate from the accommodation options, the credit card details you input will be taken to guarantee the room only. This will be provided to the hotels who in turn will debit the card for your stay.
If you select an alternate rate, all terms and conditions become subject to the chosen venue and selected rate.

If you have not received the following information from us, we encourage you to review all mailboxes established to support the email address you have utilised. These mailboxes may include inbox, trash, junk and deleted.
During the process of your registration you will receive the following emails:
- Registration confirmation (with tax invoice).
- If you have reserved accommodation, you will receive an accommodation statement. Your tax invoice will be provided by the hotel at the time of checkout.
