• 22 September 2025: Opening of the abstract submission platform
• 12 January 2026: Closing of the abstract submission platform
• 13 April 2026: Opening full paper submission platform
• 5 May 2026: Full paper submission platform closing

SUBMISSION PROCESS:

1. Create an account
   The submitting author must create an account to manage, track, and edit submissions until the deadline.
   
   
2. Submit Your Abstract
   Follow the instructions to submit your abstract. Submissions must be of original, unpublished, and unpresented work. The selection and scheduling of poster sessions and abstract presentations is at the discretion of the Screening Committee. Abstracts will be organised into sessions using the topics selected during the submission process.
