Rules for each registration package
Member: Registrant must be a financial ASCC member or IFSCC society member at time of booking. Will receive full access to conference and both social events subject to capacity restrictions.
Non-member: Registrant that does not fit any other category. Will receive full access to the conference and both social events subject to capacity restrictions.
Senior: Registrant must be a financial ASCC member at time of booking and be classified as an ASCC Senior member. Will receive full access to the conference and both social events subject to capacity restrictions. #If you believe you qualify as a senior member please contact the ASCC (ascc@ascc.com.au) prior to registration to be given a unique code to allow you to register at this registration fee.
Speaker: Registrant must be accepted speaker for the conference. Must provide designated code to receive this rate. Will receive full access to the conference and both social events subject to capacity restrictions.
Student: Option A*#, student must:
- Studying on a full time basis towards, a Certificate, diploma, degree or PhD in a science or cosmetic related field.
- Provide a scan of the Student card (valid at the time of the conference) or a letter from their university or School stating the course your enrolled in.
- Your course should eventually lead to being able to become a full member of the ASCC. (short courses do not count)
- Has a desire to learn more about the cosmetic and toiletries industry
or Option B*#
- Be classified as an ASCC Student member up to date on the 1st February 2025
* Student registration will provide access to the conference for the 3 days and the welcome function only, if the student wishes to attend the Gala function they must purchase this ticket separately and pay full price for the ticket.
# If you believe you qualify as a student please contact the ASCC (ascc@ascc.com.au) prior to registration stating Option A or B and please provide the requested documentation, you will then be given a unique code to allow you to register as a student. If someone qualifies or not as a student is the decision of ASCC registrar and their decision would be considered final.
Day Registration: Access to Exhibition and Plenary sessions on day of registration only. This registration does not include access to any social events and tickets will need to be purchased separately.
Attendee may be charged any difference in registration fees if they are determined to be registered for the incorrect category.
The registration will take a few minutes to complete. To confirm your registration, please select a payment method and click 'Process Payment'. You will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice by email.
Social Functions: Access to Welcome and Gala function is limited by venue capacity, should we reach capacity access to these events are given to those who register first, until capacity is reached, those still wishing to attend can go on a wait list.
Entering Your Details

- To proceed through each page of the registration, click on the ‘next' button at the bottom of each page
- You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration / accommodation details before the final stage of confirmation and payment
- All changes made will be subject to availability
Payment Methods
Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be confirmed. Payment can be made in the following manner:

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions must be accepted for every registration or modification. If your amount owing is $0, you are still required to accept the Terms and Conditions to finalise your registration. Should you choose not to accept the Terms and Conditions, your registration details will be automatically cancelled.

Please note, cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
Accommodation Payment
If you select an event rate from the accommodation options, the credit card details you input will be taken to guarantee the room only. This will be provided to the hotels who in turn will debit the card for your stay.
If you select an alternate rate, all terms and conditions become subject to the chosen venue and selected rate.
Communication you will receive in your inbox
If you have not received the following information from us, we encourage you to review all mailboxes established to support the email address you have utilised. These mailboxes may include inbox, trash, junk and deleted.
During the process of your registration, you will receive the following emails:
- Registration confirmation (with tax invoice).
- If you have reserved accommodation, you will receive an accommodation statement. Your tax invoice will be provided by the hotel at the time of checkout.
