If you have not received the following information from us, we encourage you to review all mailboxes established to support the email address you have utilised. These mailboxes may include inbox, trash, junk and deleted.

During the process of your registration you will receive the following emails:

1.  Accommodation statement. Your tax invoice will be provided by the hotel at the time of checkout.
