Entering Your Details
- Please use the 'Tab' key or your mouse to navigate from field to field
- Use of the 'Back' button will result in data loss during the online registration process, we request that you do not use this facility
- To proceed through each page of the registration, click on the ‘next' button at the bottom of each page
- You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration / accommodation details before the final stage of confirmation and payment
- All changes made will be subject to availability
Invoicing and Payment
All registration fees will be invoiced directly by Christian Schools Australia following submission of your registration.
Please note:
- No payment is taken within this registration system.
- Submission of this form represents a request to register only and does not constitute confirmation of attendance or accommodation.
- Your registration will be confirmed once full payment has been received by Christian Schools Australia.
- Payment instructions, terms and due date will be outlined on the invoice issued by Christian Schools Australia.
Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, amendments and substitutions must be made in writing to Ozaccom+. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply to any cancellation received prior to 5pm AEST Monday 28 September 2026 and any applicable refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. No refunds will be given after this date.
The conference program is subject to change without prior notice.
Photography/Marketing Disclaimer: Please note CSA will have an official photographer at this event for photography (and some videography) that may be used for CSA marketing and promotion purposes through social channels and print media.
Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements be altered. Christian Schools Australia does not accept responsibility for any participant failing to insure for these events or for changes to the published conference program.
Terms and Conditions must be accepted for every registration or modification. Should you choose not to accept the Terms and Conditions, your registration details will be automatically cancelled.

Please note, cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
Accommodation
If you select to book accommodation at the conference venue, QT Gold Coast, the credit card details you provide will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your reservation. Full prepayment will be charged by the hotel approxiamately 30 days prior to arrival. *No payment will be processed for accommodation by Ozaccom+. If you would prefer to arrange payment of accommodation via an invoice, please contact Ozaccom+ for assistance.
All amendments and cancellations must be advised in writing to Ozaccom+. Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to arrival will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations, including reduction to the length of stay, received within 15 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If you choose to book accommodation at an alternative property, all terms and conditions will be subject to the policies and rates of the selected venue.
Communication You Will Receive
If you have not received the following information from us, please review all mailboxes associated with the email address you have used. These may include inbox, junk, spam and deleted folders.
During the registration process you will receive:
- A registration acknowledgement email confirming your submission.
- A tax invoice issued separately by Christian Schools Australia, including payment instructions.
- If accommodation has been reserved, an accommodation statement.
