Entering Your Details

Kindly note, any associated bank fees that may be charged by the sending and/or receiving banks are the responsibility of the delegate. Please ensure you allow sufficient funds to cover any fees that may be charged against your deposit. The Smith Family and Ozaccom+ will not be responsible for any bank fees charged.
Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy
The $25.00 Registration Fee is non-refundable in any circumstance. This fee assists VIEW to cover administrative costs associated with the Convention.
All cancellations, refund requests, name changes must be submitted in writing to Ozaccom+ not VIEW National Office.
- If you cancel BEFORE Friday 15 August 2025 a $25.00 registration fee will be charged for ALL cancellations initiated by you the delegate notified in writing direct to Ozaccom+, not VIEW National Office. The balance of monies paid by you will be refunded directly to you.
- If you cancel AFTER Friday 15 August 2025 this will result in all monies paid by you being forfeited including the $25.00 registration fee.
In the event of late cancellation by you, tickets may be on sold by you to another delegate, however this will incur an additional $25.00 administration fee (name change) and Ozaccom+ MUST be notified PRIOR to Monday 25 August 2025.
All cancellations, refund requests and name changes must be submitted in writing direct to Ozaccom+, not VIEW National Office.
Accommodation Payment
If you select an event rate from the accommodation options, the credit card details you input will be taken to guarantee the room only. This will be provided to the hotels who in turn will debit the card for your stay.
If you select an alternate rate, all terms and conditions become subject to the chosen venue and selected rate.

Please note, cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.

During the process of your registration you will receive the following emails:
- Registration confirmation (with tax invoice).
- If you have reserved accommodation, you will receive an accommodation statement. Your tax invoice will be provided by the hotel at the time of checkout.
