Accommodation booked on a conference rate

All amendments and cancellations must be advised in writing to Ozaccom+. Cancellations made within 7 business days prior to arrival will incur a penalty and it is at the hotel's discretion as to the cancellation penalty charged and could range from a minimum one night charge up to the total cost of stay booked.

Accommodation booked on an Alternative hotel live rate within the Ozaccom+ system:

All terms and conditions become subject to the chosen venue and selected rate.
All amendments and cancellations must be made directly with your chosen venue.

For accommodation cancellation policies, please refer to the individual hotel policies noted on the RACMA 2019 registration booking website. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded via email to the RACMA Conference Secretariat: racma@ozaccom.com.au.  Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotels accept any direct changes if you have booked the conference rate.

Registration Fees

All cancellations must be made in writing to the RACMA Conference Secretariat racma@ozaccom.com.au. Any applicable refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to any cancellation received prior to 12 August 2019. No refund will be given after this date, however you may substitute a replacement delegate free of charge.

Social Function Attendance Fees

Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

Optional functions or events may be cancelled before or on 18 September 2019 and will be refunded in full via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. After 18 September 2019, no refunds will be made however an alternative delegate name may be provided via email and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

DISCLAIMER

RACMA and the RACMA Conference Secretariat Organisers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference, exhibition or related events.

INSURANCE

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. RACMA and the RACMA Conference Secretariat accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

TAX

All conference registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Information gathered from registration and other conference forms will be used to administer the conference including accommodation, catering, transport and sponsorship.
